本日商品が届きました。届いた商品は記述どおりで満足しています。ただこの取り引きに２点問題があります。１点は送料の件です。私はあなたに450㌦を支払いましたが実際にかかった送料は285㌦ほどです。もう1点は何度も確認した結果マグカップが3点、ソーサーが１点足りません。私はebay,paypalをとおしてクレームをつけることもできますが、争うつもりはありません。こちらからの提案としては送料の差額分うち150㌦分をpaypalを通して返金して頂くことです。

I received the items today. I am satisfied with them as they are as your description says. I have, however, two issues on this transaction. One concerns their shipping charge. I paid $450, but the actual charge, I found, was around $285. Another is that three mugs and one saucer glass are lacking. I can lodge an objection on this through ebay and paypal, but I don’t want to be entangled with conflict with you. My proposal is that you pay back $150 from the difference amount in the two shipment charges through paypal.
