本日商品が届きました。届いた商品は記述どおりで満足しています。ただこの取り引きに２点問題があります。１点は送料の件です。私はあなたに450㌦を支払いましたが実際にかかった送料は285㌦ほどです。もう1点は何度も確認した結果マグカップが3点、ソーサーが１点足りません。私はebay,paypalをとおしてクレームをつけることもできますが、争うつもりはありません。こちらからの提案としては送料の差額分うち150㌦分をpaypalを通して返金して頂くことです。
The product arrived today. The product is just like as it was described and I am very satisfied. It's just that I have two problems with this transaction. The first problem is regarding shipping. I paid 450 dollars to you for shipping but the actual shipping fee was only around 285 dollars. The other problem is after checking several times I have confirmed that there are 3 mag-cups and 1 saucer missing. One option is that I can file a claim via ebay/paypal, but I don't want to start an argument. What I am asking here is if you could please send 150 dollars from the shipping balance via paypal.
