Last.fmのStatusが正常でもSleep状態のプロセスが発生します
アクセス数がある程度ないとこの現象は確認できないかもしれません

Sleep状態多いとHPが表示できなくなります
しかも1つのサーバーで複数のドメインを運営していると全てのHPが表示されなくなります
ただLast.fmのAPIを利用しているから仕方がない問題だと思います
個人的な希望としてDatabaseを利用するかどうかを管理画面で設定できるようにして欲しいです
当然、その時はユーザー登録の機能などは利用しません

This phenomenon may not be confirmed if there are some volume of accesses.

When there are many sleep statuses, the website cannot be displayed.
In addition, if singe server is used to operate multiple domains, all of the websites are not be displayed at all.
However, I think it is inevitable as long as using API of Last.fm.
Personally, I would like to request you to make administrator scree for setting whether to use database or not.
Of course, I do not use the function such as user registration during that time.
