条項５（債務不履行）

万が一、下記事項が起こった場合は、貸し手は即座にこの契約、もしくは個々のローンを終了する権利があり、
その際は、借り手はその時点での未払いの元金および支払うべく利子、支払い遅延で発生した利子、その時点で該当する利子率＋1.0％/1年も含め即座に返金しなければならない。
