I have sold the flugelhorn in question yesterday. Therefore, I don't need the handle for the case any longer. As a repair technician, you probably know that particular handle would torn off in no time.
I made my payment within 24 hours but received no response. I started to worry and sent an inquiry only to receive a reply saying shipment was delayed due to a strike. Finally I received the merchandise, but the horn is bent and the handle is just barely on. I'm thoroughly disappointed. All these facts are only things I need to mention as my evaluation of the service, or the lack thereof.
