今日eBayのアドバイス通り、PayPalの問題解決センターで異議を提出しました。その後すぐにPayPalに電話し、配送中の事故だと伝えたところ、eBayのGlobal Shipping Programでの配送なので、PayPalですべて処理してくれると言われ安心しました。お互いに問題なく解決できそうです。

Todays, I followed the advice from eBay and raised an object to PayPal's Resolution Centre. I made a phone call to PayPal right after this, and told them it was an accident during delivery. I was relieved to hear that PayPal will deal with everything as it was delivery for eBay's Global Shipping Program. We will be able to solve this issue with no problem.
