In the event that a return is requested by the customer only unused and unopened items will be accepted for return. Please understand that when an item is returned by request, the customer is responsible for up to20% of the original product price as return fee for unopened items, and up to 50% for opened/used items. The return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer.

Please understand that depending on the circumstances, when an item is returned the customer is generally responsible for 100% of the original shipping charges.

En caso de que se requiera una devolución a petición del cliente solo serán aceptados objetos cerrados y sin uso. Por favor enternder que cuando un objeto es devuelto por peticón, el cliente es responsable de hasta el 20% del precio original del producto como tarifa para productos cerrados, y hasta 50% para productos abiertos/usados. El precio del envío también es responsabilidad del cliente.
