ご質問いただいた商品は以下でよろしかったでしょうか？

それでしたら身幅は21.5インチ（54cm)あります。
全周で43インチ(108cm)ありますが、現実的に着用可能なのは39インチくらいまでの人かと思います。
それ以上になると窮屈に感じるかと思います。
本当にギリギリのサイズを書くと小さくて着用できないという方が欧米に多かった為、サイズ表記を若干小さく記載しております。

If so then the width is 21.5 in. (54cm)
The circumference is 43 in. (108cm) however, realistically only people around 39 inches can actually wear it I think.
Any larger than that and it gives a tight, uncomfortable feeling I think.
It's truly written as a narrow size just barely cutting it and often because it is unwearable by Western standards, the written size is described somewhat smaller.
