ご質問いただいた商品は以下でよろしかったでしょうか？

それでしたら身幅は21.5インチ（54cm)あります。
全周で43インチ(108cm)ありますが、現実的に着用可能なのは39インチくらいまでの人かと思います。
それ以上になると窮屈に感じるかと思います。
本当にギリギリのサイズを書くと小さくて着用できないという方が欧米に多かった為、サイズ表記を若干小さく記載しております。

If so, the width of the garment is 21.5inches (54cm).
The circumference is 43 inches (108cm), but realistically it would probably only fit someone who is 39 inches wide. It might feel a little tight for anybody beyond that measurement.
When we write the exact measurement, there were many American users who claimed that the garment was too small so we have written the sizes smaller than it actually is.
