amazonアメリカでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。キャンセル率が大幅に上がったことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くのキャンセルが出た理由としては
csvでの商品アップロードに対して価格の大幅なミスがあったことが原因です。
私たちの改善計画は以下の通りです。
これからは人員を増やし三重体制で価格の調整及び改善を行います。

We are terribly sorry for the drastic drop in seller performance at the Amazon America. Furthermore, we also extend our deep apology for the quick increase in the defect order rate.
The root cause of a huge defect order rate was our serious mistake in listed prices when we uploaded items in CSV format.
We would like to present the following improvement plan to prevent the same incident.
