今までは全ての商品に追跡番号がついていませんでした。
今後は全ての商品に対して追跡番号をつけて発送し、常に配送状況が把握できる体制を整えました。

また、商品が届かないとバイヤーから連絡が入った場合は、追跡番号を確認してバイヤーへ詳細な配送状況を連絡致します。
また、追跡不能な場合が発生した場合は新しい商品を48時間以内に発送して対応致します。
再配送料は当社にて負担致します。

All items did not have tracking numbers before.
Now we are able to dispatch all items with tracking numbers and check statuses of delivery.

If a buyer contacts us saying they have not received items yet, we will check the tracking numbers and then we will inform the status of the delivery.

If we cannot check the status, we will dispatch another item within 48 hours.
We will be responsible for the charge of the re-delivery.
