弊社ではECサイトの開設を予定しており、【製品A】については8USドルで販売する予定です。
海外への発送は送料が追加されるので、台湾から直接購入する方は少ないかと思いますが、ECサイトでの販売も*****様の弊害となってしまうのではと危惧しています。
弊社に直接来た台湾からの問い合わせに対して、直接対応すべきかどうか悩んでいます。

We are planning to open EC site, where we are going to sell [product A] for US$8.
As international delivery will cost more shipping fee, I think few Taiwanese will choose to buy directly. On the other hand, I am afraid EC site sales might harm you, Mr/ Ms. *******.
I don't know what I should handle the questions from Taiwan. Should I take care of them by myself?
