製品に不具合があったとの事で、誠に申し訳ありません。
返品要求を承ります。ラベルの日本住所宛に返品してください。

商品到着後に不具合部分を確認し、不具合の再現があれば、返送料金をプラスして全額返金致します。
不具合が確認出来なかった場合、返品の送料はご返金出来ませんので予めご了承下さい。

返品の際の送料は、一時お客様で立替をお願い致します。
発送完了後、メールにて送料をお知らせ下さい。その際領収書のキャプチャも添付して送って欲しいです。
お手数ですがご協力をお願い致します。

Your request for product return is accepted. Kindly send it to our Japanese address printed on the label.

Once your package arrived, we will identify the problem part. In any case of the malfunction being reproduced, we will refund the entire amount including the return shipment cost.
Please know in advance, that in the event when we could not identify the malfunction, the return shipment will not be refunded to you.

Meanwhile, kindly cover the return shipment cost tentatively until the issue is resolved. Upon completion of the return shipment, please also let us know the amount. Your sending us the captured copy of the receipt would be appreciated, too.
