昨日、お客様からお送りいいだいた商品は日本の羽田空港に到着しました。

私どもの店には、明日かあさってには商品が届く予定です。

商品が届きましたら、故障の状況を確認し、メーカーに修理を依頼いたします。

メーカーに修理を依頼してから10日～14日程度時間を要するものと思われます。

まずは荷物がとどきましたら、ご連絡を差し上げます。

大変、お待たせして申し訳ありませんが、今しばらくお待ちいただきますよう重ねてお願い申しげます。

Here I report the current status.

The item you sent to us yesterday has arrived at Haneda Airport, Japan.
It is going to be delivered to our shop tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
As soon as we recieve the item, we will check its failure condition and request the manufacturer for repair.
It probably takes about 10-14 days from the request to finish the repair at the manufacturer.
In any case, I will inform you when the shipment arrives.

I am terriblly sorry for keeping you waiting for a long time.
I hope you would understand and wait for a while.
