私どもの店には、明日かあさってには商品が届く予定です。

商品が届きましたら、故障の状況を確認し、メーカーに修理を依頼いたします。

メーカーに修理を依頼してから10日～14日程度時間を要するものと思われます。

まずは荷物がとどきましたら、ご連絡を差し上げます。

大変、お待たせして申し訳ありませんが、今しばらくお待ちいただきますよう重ねてお願い申しげます。

Your item has arrived at Haneda Airport, Japan yesterday.
We should be receiving it within the next few days.
Upon receipt, we will check the damage condition and place a request for repair at the end of the manufacturer.
It will take approximately 10 to 14 days from the date of our request.

こんにちは^^ 私も未熟ですが、本件について気になったのは...まぁ、「問い合わせ」なのでfor your inquiryなどの方が的確かな？それとThe belowは言わないですねー、たぶんBelowだけでいいんじゃないかと。
メーカーに修理の依頼、もat the end of the manufacturerとは少々意味合いが伝わりにくく感じてしまいました。requestするのなら、単純にtoでよかったんじゃないかな、とも思えます。
お互いこれからも精進して頑張っていきましょう^^

あ、でもbelowも状況に応じてtheもつきますけどね、例えばthe changes below will affect....などのように全部が全部つかないわけじゃないですね。でも今回は正しくないような気がしないでもなかったので...w
