アマゾンは、バイヤーへの全額返金の根拠は配達の証明ができないからだと言った。
私は今USPSとJapan Postに配達の証明を請求している。後日添付し渡せるだろう。

Amazon saids the reasoning behind a full payment refund to the buyer is because there is no proof of delivery. I am currently demanding a certification of the delivery to USPS and the Japan Post. I should be able to send this over to you in a few days.
This certification will have the recipient's signature, so this would be solid evidence.
However I have contacted Amazon with the information above and they have told me something different again. They said that they made refunds because delay in delivery goes against their policies. But again, another department within Amazon had replied that this actually does NOT go against their policy. [Case 201941761]
