アマゾンは、バイヤーへの全額返金の根拠は配達の証明ができないからだと言った。
私は今USPSとJapan Postに配達の証明を請求している。後日添付し渡せるだろう。
これには受領者のサインが添付されているので、配達の完全な証明になる。
しかしその事を主張すると、アマゾンはまた新しい事を言ってきた。配達の遅れはポリシー違反だから返金したという。
だかそれはポリシー違反ではないとアマゾンの違う部署で回答された。[Case 201941761]
Amazon declared that there's no evidence showing the total refund is based on the delivery.
I'm applying the evidence of delivery to USPS and Japan Post. It should be delivered as an attachment in the future. The attachment should contain a signature and may clearly prove the delivery.
However, Amazon brought out a new issue after my applicant. The delayed delivery shall pay the refund in accordance with the violation of policy.
