日本国内と到着国内では船便として扱い、両国間は航空輸送するので、船便より速く、航空便より安いサービスです。

配送については商品自体が重いものですのでニュージーランドの配送は時間がかかります。
時間のかかるサービスですが重いものを安く配送できますが追跡番号がありません。
今回多くのメッセージをいただきましたが返金対応ですか？
こちら側で理解できずにすいません。
