配送方法はSAL便です。
日本国内と到着国内では船便として扱い、両国間は航空輸送するので、船便より速く、航空便より安いサービスです。

配送については商品自体が重いものですのでニュージーランドの配送は時間がかかります。
時間のかかるサービスですが重いものを安く配送できますが追跡番号がありません。
今回多くのメッセージをいただきましたが返金対応ですか？
こちら側で理解できずにすいません。

It uses ship transport both in Japan and the country of delivery, it is much cheaper than air mail but is slower.

The item itself is quite heavy and may take some time to arrive in New Zealand.
As the service does take some time for such heavy items, there is no tracking number available.
Are the many messages I have received asking for a refund?
