本日受け取ったギターのサイドに大きな凹みがありました。このギターを注文したお客さまにこの状態では売る事ができませんので、誠に申し訳ありませんが、本日中に再度オーダーをお願いできますでしょうか？納期についてもお知らせください。

この問題のギターについては、返品しない場合、いくらまでお値引きの交渉が可能でしょうか？
