実はお伝えしなければならない問題が発生しました。発送前の弦高とネック調整の際にリペア担当がミスをして、ボディの塗装に剥がれが起きてしまいました。
当店の在庫はこのベースが最後の一つだったので、至急、東京の問屋から代わりの新品を手配中です。
私どものショップに新品が届き次第お客様へ発送いたします。
商品発送は22日か23日頃の予定となります。遅れてしまい申し訳ございません。

In fact, I must let you know about a problem which happened. A person who is in charge of repairing made a mistake in modulating string height and necks before shipping and painting on the body was taken off.
There is only one base in stock in our shop. So I'm arranging a new one instead in a hurry from a wholesaler in Tokyo.
As soon as we receive a new one, we will ship it to you.
We will ship it on 22 or 23, probably. I'm quite sorry to be late.
