私は入金確認から2日後にEMSで商品を発送した。君が不在だったから到着した商品はずっと郵便局に保管されているので確認して下さい。
商品の到着が遅れたのはイスラエル国内の政治混乱が原因だ
他の国にEMSで商品を発送して遅延した事はない
商品の到着後に商品に問題があった場合は、解決をするのでフィードバックをつける前に連絡を下さい

The delivery of product has never delayed by EMS to any other countries.
