健康食品が数多く販売されている中、
「おいしいものは糖と脂が多く含まれている」という
キャッチコピーのもと、新しいお茶が大々的に発売されました。
効果としては糖分と脂肪分の吸収を抑えられるそうなんです。
さっそく飲んでみました！
味は普通のお茶でおいしく飲めます。このような健康茶は
苦みが強くて飲みにくいことが多いので意外でした。
ただ、値段がお高めなので毎日は飲めそうにありません…。
お茶に頼ることなく、脂肪分と糖分を抑えた食事を
日頃から心がけることが理想ですね。

When lots of health foods were being sold, new tea began being sold extensively with a catch phrase "Tastes good means have sugar and fat.".
It seems the absorption of them gets suppressed as an effect of it.
I already drank it!
It tastes like common tea, and I can enjoy drinking it. It often happens that tea for our health like this is very bitter and hard to drink, so it was unexpected.
But it's expensive, so I guess I can't drink it every day...
It's idealistic that we try to have meals which control the intake of fat and sugar regularly not depending on tea.
