Thank you for your email. I think there is a miss understanding I want my £56 back as the refund, I did not take delivery of the parcel it has gone back to our sorting of where they will hold on to it for 21 days and then it will be sent back to you. I will send on the delivery card saying how much is due. Please refund my £56 ASAP and would you send me a email to confirm this has been done.
If another one turns up I will refuse delivery
