最近、和食によく合うというビールが発売されました。
焼き鳥や刺身など、ビールによく合う和食はありますが、
和食に合うビールとはどのような味なのか、気になるところですね。
実は私、あえて和食以外の料理に合うかどうかを試してみました。
それは、その日の夕食のメニュー、カレーです（笑）
意外にも、カレーのうまみが引き立ってとてもおいしく
感じられました。おそらく洋食や中華でもおいしいのでしょうね。
今度は和食と一緒に楽しみたいと思います。

Recently, a beer which goes well with Japanese cuisine is released in the market.
Even though Japanese food, such as grilled chicken skewer or sashimi (sliced raw fish), matches well with beer, one may still wonder how a beer that goes well with Japanese cuisine would tastes like.
Actually, I was brave enough to try if that beer could taste good with anything other than Japanese cuisine.
What I ate was curry, the dinner menu of that day (smile)
Surprisingly, the beer drew out the sweetness of the curry and it was very delicious. I suppose it would tastes good even with Western-style food and Chinese food.
I think next time I’ll enjoy it with Japanese food.
