パッケージの中で液体が8割ほど漏れております。

中の紙やパッケージも濡れて、ふやけています。


梱包状態はは添付画像をご確認ください。

特に並べて入れてあるわけではなく、乱雑に入れられています。

ただ、漏れている24個の商品を確認すると、全て蓋がゆるくなっており、
漏れていない商品についても、蓋がゆるいものが多数ありました。

パッケージに破損等はまったくありません。

おそらく、輸送中に漏れたのだと思いますが、
発送前段階でキャップがゆるいのは確かです。

About 80% of liquid has leaked inside the packages.

In addition, inner paper and the package are wet and sodden.

Bottles are not arranged orderly but simply messy.

However, when we checked further, we found that all of those wet twenty-four bottles had their caps loosened, and most of the remaining bottles had also loose caps.

There is no damage on the packages.

I think this leakage probably happened on the way, but I'm sure caps were already loose before shipment.
