パッケージの中で液体が8割ほど漏れております。

中の紙やパッケージも濡れて、ふやけています。


梱包状態はは添付画像をご確認ください。

特に並べて入れてあるわけではなく、乱雑に入れられています。

ただ、漏れている24個の商品を確認すると、全て蓋がゆるくなっており、
漏れていない商品についても、蓋がゆるいものが多数ありました。

パッケージに破損等はまったくありません。

おそらく、輸送中に漏れたのだと思いますが、
発送前段階でキャップがゆるいのは確かです。

80% of the liquid is leaked in the package.
The paper and package inside are also wet and get soft.

Please confirm the packing status by the attached images.

They were not apposed but were put in a random manner.

When we checked the 24 wet pieces, tops of all the items were not well-stoppered and many of the not wet pieces were in the same status.
The package was not damaged at all.

We think the liquid was perhaps leaked during the delivery, but it is indisputable that the tops were not well-stoppered before ship them out.
