商品の返送もしない、こちらにダメージの画像も送らない。
保険の申請もしない、パッケージは紛失した。
こちらはどうしようもありません。

本当に壊れているのであれば、ちゃんと返金します。
商品を送り返すのは当然ではないでしょうか?
返送料はこちらの負担です。
未解決の状態でのネガティブフィードバックには納得がいきません。

商品は届いた、壊れていた、証明は何もしない。
それで返金はいかがなものでしょうか?
