確かにお客様に利便性を提供できる可能性はありますが、B社のように英文説明書をつけてセット販売をすることで新しい商品として登録ができるなら、様々なセラーが同様の販売ページを別々に登録してしまう可能性が無いでしょうか？
B社は顧客問い合わせフォームを利用して、当社に対して同商品にB社と同様の説明書を同梱せず販売を継続するなら、"Report a violation"を行うと脅してきたからです。
ちなみに、B社はメーカーでも知的財産権を所有しているわけでもありません。
It is likely be beneficial to customers, but if it is possible to register the product as a new one like Company B by including English manual, then wouldn't many different sellers be able to register similar sales pages separately?
This is because Company B, using their customer contact form, threatened us by indicating their intention to "report a violation" if we continue to sell without including a similar manual.
By the way, Company B is not a manufacturer nor hold the intellectual property right.
