当社が販売する以下の製品について、他のセラーの販売方法に問題が無いのか教えていただけないでしょうか？
上記の商品はAというメーカーの商品で、販売会社であるB社が日本から米国に並行輸出販売を行っています。その際に、B社は自社で独自に用意をした英文説明書を同梱しています。
当社が知りたいのはB社のようにA社の商品に英語の説明書を添付するなどして、英語の説明書を同梱しない他のセラーの販売を差し止めることができるかという点です。

The above product is made by Manufacturer A and sold by Company B via parallel export from Japan to the United States. On this parallel export, Company B includes English manual with it that they have created on their own.
What we want to know is that if it is possible to prohibit other sellers from selling this product who don't include English manual with it by our including English manual with Company A's product just like Company B.
