I am still having problems with my order. I have contacted both parcelforce.com and royal mail and they all informed that the tracking number is wrong. I do not understand why the bank has taken the money but I have not received my purchase yet.
Please give this matter your immediate attention. Could you please check if the tracking number that you have given me is the correct one?
In case there has been a mistake please refund me or re-send the order without extra payment. How can I contact amazon to sort this out?

私の注文に関しまだ問題を抱えています。ParcelForceと英国郵便局に連絡をしましたが、両方とも追跡番号が間違っているといっています。何故私の銀行口座から商品代が引き落とされたかは理解できませんが、まだ商品は受取っていません。この件に対して直ぐに対応してください。私に連絡してくれた追跡番号が正しいか、否かを調べてください。もし間違っていたら返金をするか、追加費用なして商品を再送してください。この件を解決するためには、どういう方法でアマゾンに連絡するのですか。至急の返信をお待ちしています。
