I am still having problems with my order. I have contacted both parcelforce.com and royal mail and they all informed that the tracking number is wrong. I do not understand why the bank has taken the money but I have not received my purchase yet.
Please give this matter your immediate attention. Could you please check if the tracking number that you have given me is the correct one?
In case there has been a mistake please refund me or re-send the order without extra payment. How can I contact amazon to sort this out?

注文品が届くのを今も待っております。parcelforce.comとロイヤルメールに問い合わせしましたが、いずれもその追跡番号は間違っていると言われました。なぜ銀行から私のお金がなくなったのか分かりませんが、まだ品物を受け取っていません。
この件に至急ご対応お願いします。ご提供いただいた追跡番号が正しいものか確認していただけますか?
手違いがあった場合には返金していただくか、追加料金なしで注文品を再送してください。この問題を解決するためにamazonにどう連絡すればよいでしょうか?
