添付画像のバッグを日本にて140～200ドルで販売したいと計画しています。
1個当たり5ドルのライセンス料にてあなたの「○」の名前を貸していただきたいです。
2014年の販売計画は50～100個ですが2015年は500から～1000個を計画しています。
表布はCANVAS-8オンス、裏地はアロハ生地です。
2014年は少量の生産のため契約書は郵送にて交わしたいと思います。
先に50個分のライセンス料を振り込みます。50個以上の生産になる場合は前もって
連絡を入れ、追加分の支払いをします。

We are planning to sell the bag shown in attached picture for $140.00 to $200.00 in Japan.
In view of this, we would like to request you to allows for using the name of “○○” at $5.00 per each bag as the license fee.
Our sales plan of the bag in 2014 is around 50 to 100 of them, but we are planning to sell them around 500 to 1000 of them.
The surface material is the canvas-8 oz and the lining is the Aloha material.
Since our production in 2014 is a small volume, we would like to send a contract document by mail.
We will wire the license fee for 50 bags in advance. If we need to produce more than 50 of them, we will make prior notice to you and wire the additional license fee.
