長年に渡り取引をしていただきましたが、今回のあなたの対応は非常に残念です。早急なご返答を希望しています。すぐに返答をいただけない場合は、Paypalにクレームを上げて返金処理を進めていきます。(本当はこのような事はしたくないです)

What is the progress of order I have placed on April 1?
