4月14日、台湾南西部の高雄市に新しい展示場、kaohsiung Exhibition Center：KECがオープンした。

この日はグランドオープンと、こけら落としとなる展示会、Taiwan International Fastener Showの開会式がメインエントランス前の広場で開催された。
オープニングセレモニーには元高雄市長も務めた呉敦義副総統が駆けつけたほか、陳菊高雄市長など多くの関係者が期待と祝いの言葉を述べた。
セレモニーは120のメディアと600人の参加者を集めた

On April 14th, a new exhibition center, Kaohsiung Exhibition Center (KEC) opened in Kaohsiung, which is southwest of Taiwan.

On that day, the opening ceremony of the Taiwan International Fastener Show, which was for the grand opening of the new exhibition center, was held at the square in front of the mail entrance.

To the opening ceremony, Vice President Wu Den-yih, who served as the former Kaohsiung mayor joined the event, and Mayor Chen Chu and other parties concerned gave the messages for congratulations and hope. 120 people from the mass media and 600 participants came for the ceremony.
