2月28日に速達で発送して3月6日にお届けしているようです。

保管期限満了で戻ってきているようです。
私はしっかり追跡番号をつけて日本郵便で速達で発送しています。
このクレームはとても残念です。
配送業者の担当については私ではコントロールできません。
クレームの撤回をお願いできないでしょうか？
