以下の問い合わせの返信がいまだに届いていません。
あれから3通の迷惑メールを受信しました。必要ならメールを転送します。

また運営している自分のサイトにベトナムからのアクセスがあり
おそらくいやがらせをしようとしていると思います。(ログインしようとしている形跡があります)
アクセスログを見ると1つのサイトだけではなくいろいろ調べて複数のサイトにアクセスしています
ただしこちらは正確な証拠はありません。

とにかく厳重な処罰と具体的な対応策、返金処理の可否を教えてください。非常に不安です。

I still haven't received a reply to the inquiry previously sent as follows.
I have received three junk mails ever since. I can forward the e-mail if necessary.

There has been access from Vietnam to the site I run again, and I think they are scammers. (There are traces of log-in attempts)
When I check the access log, there are traces of them looking up and accessing numerous sites, not just one.
But I don't have solid proof of this.

Anyways please notify me of the punishments, countermeasures that you will take and whether you will be able to refund. I am extremely worried.
