I personally packed the bumper INCLUDING THE BRACKETS.
I wrapped the brackets in some flat cardboard. you may have tossed the brackets if you thought it was only packing material but they are heavy for their size so I doubt you could have overlooked them.
I hope you find them because I only had those two.

こんにちは。
緩衝材にはブラケットを入れて、私が自分で梱包しました。
平らな段ボール数枚でブラケットを包みました。梱包材のみと思ってブラケットを放り投げてしまわれたかもしれませんが、ブラケットは大きさの割には重いので、見落とされてしまわれたのかもしれません。
私はブラケットを２つしか持っていないので、そちらで見つかると良いのですが。
