メーカーに問い合わせてみましたが、３点セットの中身は固定のものなので変えることができません。ですのでAをご希望のものにするならば、BとCを別々に取り寄せてセットにすることになります。
送料込みでxxxドルでよろしければ、３つ揃えて同梱でお送りします。

I have inquired to the manufacturer. They told me that the combination of three items in a set is fixed and those cannot be changed to other combination.
Therefore, it you would like to change A to the other item, we will be able to do it by obtaining B and C separately.
