今FedExに電話で確認しました。
通関処理に必要なINVOICEなどの書類が足りないようです。

FedExから御社へ26日にメールで上記の内容を連絡しているとのことです。

商品を早く受け取りたいので、FedExに必要書類を直ぐに提出して下さい。

I have confirmed with Fedex over the phone.
They need required documents such as an invoice in order to process through the customs.

Fedex mentioned that they have notified you regarding the above by email on the 26th.

I would like to receive the product as soon as possible so please send Fedex the required documents.
