貴社は最初はFedEx で発送したしかし10日以上たっても私のところに荷物は届かなかったので問い合わせした
その後荷物が返品されたとのメールを受け取ったがその理由は説明されなかった
それから今度はDHLで発送され荷物は到着したが箱を開けてみたら激しく破損していた、使用不可能な状態となっていた。
また発送を依頼してから到着まで1か月も時間かかったのに送料は増額され差額をカードから落とされていたのは納得がいかない
今回の顛末の説明をお願いします

Your company initially shipped using FedEx, but the package has not arrived to me for more than 10 days so I made an inquiry.
I received an email that the package has been returned but the reason was not explained.
And the package that was shipped via DHL this time was extremely damaged and not usable when I tried open the box.
In addition, despite taking one month for the package to arrive after making the request, I cannot accept an increased shipping fee that was charged to my card.
I request for an explanation of the whole matter from start to end.
