最初からアップロードできませんでしたか？キャッシュ系のプラグインとか追加してませんか？
もし原因がわからないなら全てバックアップを取ってAAAのファイル(BBBのフォルダなど)をアップロードして確認すれば良いと思います
心配ならテスト環境用で試してみたらどうでしょう？

きつい言い方かもしれませんがCSSのファイル変更がわからないレベルだといくら時間を費やしても成功しないでしょう
Scriptの問題ではなくまずは自分の技術レベルを疑うべきです

So were you not able to upload from the beginning? Have you added any cache type plugins?
If you do not know the reason then I think it would be good to backup everything, upload and confirm the AAA file (BBB folder etc.).
If you are worried then why not try testing it in a test environment?

Please try turning off the CCC script.
It might sound harsh but you won't be able to succeed despite rendering a lot of time when you do not know how to change the CSS file.
You should be suspecting your own technology level first and not the Script problem.
