アルファベット以外のタイトルの場合、URLが番号になりますが、
投稿数が長いとURLがとても長くなってしまいます。
URLが長いと見栄えが悪いのとTwitterなどは140文字までしかツイートできないので問題があると思います。
できればもう少し短いURLを生成するように改善してください。(またはid番号をURLに使うとか)

あとこのURLを生成するコードはどのファイルで管理しているか教えてもらえますか？

If you use other than alphabet for the title, you will need to use numbers, but then if the letters are too long, URL also become a long one.
Long URL doesn't look good and also I think there will be a problem posting the URL to Twitter etc, as for Twitter, you can only tweet up to 140 letters.
Please try creating shorter URL. (or other option is using ID number for URL.)

Also, could you advise which file is managing the code for URL you are creating?
