私が１年間インターンシップを終えるときに上司から「常に結果を出してくれるという安心感がある」と言って頂きました。私は自分が納得するまでに時間がかかるのですがそれを考え抜くと必ず結果を出して来たと思います。それは誰よりも考えたという思いから自信が生まれ、それが求心力となり人が付いて来てくれ、言葉でなく行動で語るスタンスから誰よりも行動し、その結果チームが誰よりも頑張るチームになり、結果を残せたのだと思います。

When I completed my one-year internship, my boss commented that he was confident with me to produce the result all the time. I tend to take my time to convince myself; however, I always deliver the result after I think through. I was successful because of my confidence that I think about it more than anyone else, which became unifying force for people to follow me, and my action before words, which led my team to work harder than any other team.
