3.2 If the Buyer's order is not accepted, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer within three (3) business days of the Seller counting from the date which the purchase order is sent to the Seller. The Seller shall be deemed to have indicated confirmation of order and an Individual Sale Agreement shall be established when notification of refusing order is not given by the Seller despite the elapse of such deadline.
