Dear Person in Charge,

The postman said that the package was above 400grams thats why they charged the amount. Though I believe that since you declared and paid for shipping with the correct weight, it shouldn't have happened.

It could have been tax from what I can see. The Delivery Receipt shows GST@7% $41.15 and Handling Fee $10.00. I think this would not have happened if it wasn't marked as commercial because it's for my personal use.

郵郵便配達人は、この小包が400g以上であったために課金したと言っていました。 Though I believe that since you declared and paid for shipping with the correct weight, it shouldn't have happened. そちらで正しい荷物の重量での申請及び支払をしておられるものと思っていますのでこのようなことは起こるはずがありません。

手数料が10ドルと表示しています。
