シンガポールのお客様とは何回もお取引させて頂いておりますが
私も初めての経験です。
確かにEMSの規約にはシンガポールは抜き打ちで検査が入った場合のみ
関税がかかるとあります。
その際は関税局まで引き取りに行くようにとも記載があります。
ちなみにどこから請求されていますか？
請求理由はなんだと言っていますか？
どちらにしてもどういった経緯で今の状況になっているか
今、郵便局EMS取扱い業者に確認を取ってもらっています。

We have been working with Singaporean clients for several time , however, this is my first time to deal with such a case.
In fact, according to the EMS agreement, it takes a duty only when there is a surprise inspection.
