Hello There, I think I have received your package but it is £32 underpaid.
Can you please explain this as nowhere in your product description is written this information.
Please advice?



We have received a card from the post office advising us that there is an extra £11.98 charge for customs. I am not willing to pay this so can you sort this out please or I will cancel my order.

郵便局からの通知で、11.98ポンドの通関手数料を支払うよう言われています。支払いたくないので、どうにかしてもらえませんか、それかキャンセルをお願いします。

underpaidが「余分に払う」なのか私は自信がないのですが。

この部分はかなり悩んだのですが・・・そうですね、underpayは余計に支払うというより、「不足していました」とすべきかもしれません。
