I have sent multiple emails to seller receiving approval for return and agreement for refund. Seller is not responsive, for one week's time. I sent them confirmation the product was returned, but the seller disputes the item was returned. I did a further check with Japan EMS to find the problem. The Japan EMS says the address printed on the Amazon return label is not a valid address. This is the address provided by the seller. If the delivery failed because the seller provided an illegitimate address, they should be responsible. Thank you for your consideration. Michael

商品小包を3月28日に日本郵便で送付し、追跡番号から当該小包は4月1日にドイツ税関に到着したことが確認されています。とはいえ、小包はそこで止まっているように思えます。この状況には何の対応もできません。しかし、購入したお客様から注文の取消し依頼を受けたので、直ぐに確実に対応しようとしました。
