我々は当店規定の条件で返品を受け付けます。

返品の連絡：商品の到着から1週間以内
商品の到着から1週間を過ぎると我々は返品を受け付けません。

送料と関税：お客様負担
返金の際、我々が発送の際にかかった送料を商品代金から差し引いて返金されます。

返金：お支払いただいたPayPalアカウントへの返金。
我々が返品商品を受け取り検品したあとに返金されます。
返品の際、商品にダメージがある場合はダメージ相当の金額を差し引いての返金となります。

返品手数料：商品代金の10％を手数料として頂きます。

We accept the return of sold items under the following terms and conditions of our shop.

Notice of return: Within one week after delivery of an item
We don’t not accept the return if a notification of return exceeded one week since its delivery.

Shipping charge and custom’s fee: Customers are responsible for these charges
An amount of a refund being made will be an amount of a customer paid less the shipping charge.

Refund: Remitting a refund to customer’s PayPal account
We remit a refund after receiving and inspecting a return.
If we find out any damage to an item, an amount of a refund will be a mount paid less compensation for damage.

Return service charge: We charge customers 10% of an item price as return service charge.
